This is one of my favourite previous students work because it's entertaining and i could watch it over and over again. I feel that they met many conventions of making a good music video, one of the conventions being mis en scene. The singer used, had many different outfits in the video and different locations. This keeps the audience engaged because they are not seeing a lot of the same repeats. I also feel the outfits this group chose were thought about carefully because they suit each location they chose but also what their target audience will find interesting. I also like how the singers make up is also different and suits the different locations.
Below are some images i have collected from the music video. The three pictures on the right have images and colours on the artists face. This was done using the green screen. I feel that this effect brightens up the music video but also suits the flow and beat of the music as well as the lyrics. Another green screen effect they have used is the middle image with the wolf. This also goes with the music video because it tells us that the artist wants to fee free like a wolf and almost just run away from something. This wolf image would have been thought about carefully and not just thrown in randomly. Other images i have collected show different frame work and camera shots used like an extreme close up on the artists lips. High angle shots of the artist are used showing the singer in an innocent way.
