Deciding our final 3 

From our potential list of songs we wanted to use we narrowed the list down to the final 3. The artist in which interested us most as a group was Angel. 3 songs in particular caught our attention which we were then left to the decision in only picking one.Each song as shown below have interesting aspects allowing us to feel some connection with the song itself. When looking at the songs the beat was very fast which is what we wanted as from this we are able to add many shots to the video and attract viewers. All three videos i have put down by the same artist have many similarities and some differences. They all seem to have in common a fast beat as well as good editing and mise en scene which interested us a lot. By having these aspects we believed it suits well with our target audience and most of the cuts and props used linked well. 

Angel 'Wonderful', this song was fast used interesting shots and got my attention fast. I liked the amount of shots that were in the video as well as the use of mise en scene and how the song reflected the actions in the video. The lyrics from the video represent many props used as we see the song is based on beautiful things. Objects / props used to illustrate this are doves tattoos and beautiful woman.

Angel 'Go in Go hard ft Wretch 32' This was also catching for the audience as it was fast. There was a wide range of edits as well as props and the lightening was very effective going with the beats of the song. 

Angel ' Ride out'  Again we see this is effective and fast what we are looking for in the video. However looking back at the video continuously and listening to the lyrics carefully this would be hard to do as it only focuses on a broad topic which is a car which we will find very hard to find.

Overall narrowing our potential songs to the final 3 this enabled me to see the different aspects in which they all use allowing me then to use ideas from the ones in which i didn't choose. This was useful as it made me understand what all these videos have in order to make them appealing e.g. them being fast and having various edits such as fade in fade out
