PRODUCTION-Granary Square

PRODUCTION-Granary Square
Granary square was another location which we filmed for our music video. Our music video is shown to be very up beat and as we based our story line on having fun we thought that a water scene would be a good idea to represent the main artist having fun as well as with his lover. It took quiet a long time for us to film this as the water was VERY cold and took time for the artist to get use to. The first day when we went to film at granary square didn't go so well this was due to the fact that the water works were shut as there was a problem which needed to be fixed. This main section that wasn't working therefore delayed us as we were unable to film a water scene and thought it would be a good idea to come back another day. For us not to waste our day we decided to film another base track of our main performer singing.
Once we filmed the base tracks of our performer we then decided to do a scene on the steps as we thought it was very spacious and was what we were looking for. For us not to waste our day we thought this was a great idea so that when it does come to editing we will have a wide range of footage to choose from.
We then returned to this location during the next day where the water was fixed and our main artist was able to perform. When finishing filming on this day it got dark quick and we liked the way the fountain looked at night time as the lightning was very effective. Therefore as a group we decided to film the performer again when it was dark which overall was very effective and as a group we were proud of the footage we took. I feel that filming in granary square our audience would like as we see that this is a place which was a new site developed for people to have fun and people are age would enjoy
Below i have indicated the footage which we had filmed in granary square.
Overall we enjoyed filming in granary square as it was fun to play around with the water
