Production - The beginning of the music video

Our original idea of how we wanted our music video to start was of our artist in a shadow. This was because the song didn't start straight away but had a 4/5 second silence at the beginning. We tried out different effects and transitions.

Because we thought the beginning was a bit too random we decided to fade into the close up of our artist doing the roof base track. We felt this a much stronger opening and identifies our artist straight away.
